“Technology Market” is the result of an initiative for building an Internet-based information system for market-oriented technology transfer between subjects from the Technology Transfer Network: founders (GIS, IRC, MSI -BIA) and participants (associations of branches of industry, institutes…).
The main goal of the project is to build organizational and informational infrastructure allowing effective collaboration between as many as possible participants from science and technology centers, associations of branches of industry, representatives of industry and organizations developing projects for technology transfer and raising competitiveness of economy.
The focus of the proposed system is the services enabling self-organization of participants concerning certain technology development/idea according to their interests and professional/ technology/ science area of activities.
The concept is aimed at:
- Reflection the structure of the stakeholders and the sources concerning the process of technology and innovations transfer, professionals participants with minimal administration;
- On-line continuation of the forum “Innovation and Business” and spirit of the catalogs;
- Managing wide database of participants in the TT process and their activities;
- Creation of a collaborative electronic environment and tools helping organization and self-organization of participants according their interests;
- Development of new services and new data formats/interfaces for automated communications with existing TT/Venture Capital networks.
- Appliance of the effective elements/experience from the other networks, preserving ours own know-how.
