(Agreement between User and Innovation Exchange)

Innovation Exchange is a web site, that provides on-line IT services, created and maintained by GIS Transfer Center Foundation, referred to herein collectively as "Innovation Exchange", "Our", "We", "Us". The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Innovation Exchange service.

The terms and conditions also apply to any future New Services which may be offered from time to time by the Innovation Exchange.

Do read them carefully. We suggest you print out a copy of the "TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)" document for your records. All the Services provided by Innovation Exchange are for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

"Protect your User Name, Password" and Security  
You need to provide us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by our registration form. You also agree to update the information provided by you regularly so as to guarantee that your information remains true, current, complete and accurate Innovation Exchange reserves the right to cancel your account if it finds any discrepancies or inaccuracies in information provided by you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of your User name and password. You are fully and entirely responsible for any and all activities that take place under your account. You authorize us to assume that any access to our system using your User name and password is You. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to notify Innovation Exchange of any illegal or unauthorized use of your account or of any security breach.

Use of Information and Details provided or posted by you
You authorize by Innovation Exchange to use the information that you have provided during registration, project postings, service offer postings at our discretion. You authorize by Innovation Exchange to use all the information provided by you for posting on PUBLIC domains. You understand that any information under PUBLIC domain is freely accessible by all members of this site and also any user who is using the internet. You Agree to by "Innovation Exchange Privacy Policy".

ANY Confidential or Proprietary information should NOT be sent to Innovation Exchange by You.
