Establishment of transfer centers for specific sci entific, research and technological problems and innovation competitive products.

Study, consultations and recommendations, regarding SME local needs, competitive products and technologies and transfer support.

Identification of applied studies results, support of result transformation into technologies and competitive products by organizing workshops, seminars and other events.

Stimulation of local innovations, putting stress on how SME could make use of the products. The Foundation should address appropriate governmental institutions requesting their help in solving the problems. It should seek in particular admission to innovation funds, participation in working teams of governmental commissions that develop normative documents etc.

Realization of contacts and cooperation with similar Bulgarian and foreign organizations, scientists and specialists, dealing with technology transfers.

Maintenance of business cooperation with governmental bodies and institutions to support the innovation activity, promoting the formulation of governmental policy and priorities in this field, proposing solutions and norms.

Consultations and expertise for innovations and technological transfer.

Coordination and realization of technology transfer projects.

Organization and coordination (in cooperation with national and European organizations) of the participation of Bulgarian scientists, teams an d companies in projects sponsored by the European Commission and by other European institutions and programs that are directly or indirectly linked with the Foundation activity (including contractor functions).

Creation of database of research results; support of the product market realization. Study and analysis of the needs of local SME for new technologies and consultations; aid for SME in finding adequate solutions.

Promoting the development of the following services: 

• Personal consultations and information exchange between specialists. Thus, a specific company can find the right person who can work following special requirements or can tackle specific technical or technological problem. 

• Study and development direct transfer of technologies and/or information; The Foundation aim is to realize new optimization of processes and systems that are part of already applied projects, to develop pilot projects and prototypes, new market-oriented and competitive products and innovation projects and ideas etc. 

• Development of services based on the cooperation with ASME. The services are useful for the Bulgarian Association of Agencies for Regional Development and Business centers (BARDA) and for socially engaged business centers and companies. 

• International technological transfer based on the practice of Network of Steinbeis transfer centers. 

• Post-graduate studies maintenance of cooperation, organization of teaching courses for the education and additional qualification of specialists and managers from all fields and especially for hi-tech specialists. 

• Preparation of expert and evaluation reports.

Realization of any lawful activities that could promote innovation and technology transfer.
